Processing Time
 

• Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
   

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
   

Note: During busy seasons (e.g., holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping (Canada):
  Flat rate of $70 CAD for orders under $100.

• Shipping on orders above $100 will depend on product size
  Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

 

 

Packaging

All paintings and puzzles are packaged securely to prevent damage.

• Paintings are wrapped in protective paper and shipped in sturdy, reinforced boxes.
   

• Puzzles are packaged in boxes and sealed for protection.
   

 

Delays and Issues

• Once a package leaves our studio, delivery times are beyond our control.
   

• Please check your tracking information for updates.
   

• If your order is delayed or lost, contact us at msketchess@gmail.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
   

 

 

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
